Frederique Bicker & Donna Lancaster were ‘partners in crime’ for 5 years working together to deliver the highly praised personal development programme called The Bridge Retreat. Since The Bridge closed in the pandemic, they have continued to work and play together as often as they can, as both colleagues and friends.
This one-day workshop is a beautiful blend of their individual and collective skills and passions and offers a much needed light-filled focus for those feeling a sense of heaviness or burdened by their individual life challenges.

‘Together in this workshop we will create a safe and loving space to activate a Love connection with yourself, others, and Life itself. We will guide you into deep heart opening experiences, teaching you how to consciously slow down and shift from the intellect into the body, from head to heart. Together we will share, move, open up, laugh, maybe cry and expand into Love as a way of being.’
The day will include:
- • A Welcome ceremony for full integration and acceptance of all that you are.
- • A deeper understanding of how Love can be activated.
- • Heart opening meditation and heart expanding visualisation.
- • Movement and sound to support you to live beyond the mind and drop into your heart & soul.
- • Rituals to deepen the connection with yourself, each other and that which is ‘bigger than all of us’.
- • A safe space to share and explore what it truly means to live and be the LOVE that you really are.
This one day retreat will blow some fresh air through your heart, and you will leave feeling refreshed, energised, connected and most of all aligned with the source of LOVE itself.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to all participants choosing to attend and participate in the non residential experience titled ‘Falling in LOVE’, as facilitated by Donna Lancaster and Frederique Bicker.
Please ensure you read these T&Cs carefully and understand them in full:
Payment & Cancellations
The cost is £175.00 per person (Session fees are non-refundable). Incl. VAT.
(All travel, meals and any accommodation required are not included)
Payment is by bank transfer (PayPal is also available on request although this may involve an additional charge)
Cancellation Charges
This event is £175.00 pp and is non-refundable and non-transferrable. If for any reason you need to cancel your place please email info@deepeningintolife.com
Cancellation or postponement on our part
If for any reason we need to postpone this event, we will rearrange the dates with advance notice provided. If we do not achieve the minimum number required to proceed, we will also rearrange the dates with advance notice provided. In both of these situations there will also be an option of a full refund of your fees paid. Our sole liability in relation to any cancellation or postponement shall be limited to the price paid by you for the event and we shall not be liable under any circumstances for any consequential losses.

The ‘Falling in LOVE’ is offered as a personal/spiritual development/wellness opportunity and does not intend to provide nor offer therapeutic, medical or other professional advice. The information and resources provided are made available to you as tools to support your own wellbeing. We do not and cannot guarantee any particular outcomes/results from participation in this event. The programme facilitators/session leaders are not psychologists/psychotherapists or psychiatrists and the content does not replace any medical, therapeutic or psychiatric services that might be required.
Safety & Wellbeing
The Falling in LOVE is not suitable for anyone who has been diagnosed with, or is experiencing, severe mental health issues including (but not exclusively), schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder and dissociative disorders, and is under the care of a psychiatrist and/or psychologist.
Neither is it suitable for anyone who has recently experienced suicidal thoughts and/or attempted to take their own life. It is also not suitable for those who have complex ptsd and severe trauma related conditions which might lead to overwhelm and/or panic attacks in a group setting. Unfortunately all of these conditions are beyond the scope of this experience. If you are unsure if this is right for you, please feel free to email us on info@deepeningintolife.com
On commencement of the training if it is deemed in your best interests and /or the interests and safety of the group, we have the right to ask you to leave prior to completing the experience. In this instance a partial/full fee will be refunded.
Conduct obligations
All participants will be required to conduct themselves in a respectful and inclusive manner when communicating with other group members and programme facilitators. Participants are required to maintain confidentiality both during and after the experience, including not sharing details about others to third parties. If any participant is deemed to be disruptive, inappropriate or abusive in anyway, the facilitators, have the right to ask you to leave without any refund being provided. You must comply at all times with the health and safety policy of the venue.
Travel, accommodation and refreshments
You shall be responsible for making and paying for your own travel, accommodation and all meals throughout the duration of the event. Light refreshments tea, water etc will be provided at the venue. If you are delayed and late to arrive at the training, or prevented from attending due to travel delays or any other circumstances, we shall not be obliged to provide you with a refund or wait to start the event until you arrive.

If you have any disability or medical condition that requires special arrangements, please email us at info@deepeningintolife.com as soon as possible and at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the Workshop.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By registering and paying for the ‘Falling in LOVE’ event, you are confirming that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions as set out above.
