Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all people that are choosing to become members and participate in the online community programme titled ‘Deepening into Life’.
Please ensure you read them carefully and understand them in full.
Payment & Refunds
Fees are payable in full and in advance, for the 6 month programme, prior to membership starting (unless agreed otherwise). Your full membership payment is non refundable for the entire duration of the programme regardless of whether or not the services provided are used by you and they are also non transferable. All deposits are ‘non refundable’.
Cancellation or Postponement
If for any reason we need to cancel or postpone one of the live online events, we will rearrange dates with advance notice provided and recordings will be made available for those unable to attend the live events. If you decide to cancel your membership or withdraw from the programme at any time during the 6 month period, you will not be entitled to a partial or full refund and can not transfer your membership to anyone else. If you decide to leave the workshop/training at any time for any reason, you will not be entitled to a refund, nor is your place transferable to another event or someone else.
Liability & Disclaimer
The programme ‘Deepening into Life’ is offered as a personal/spiritual development/wellness opportunity and does not intend to provide nor offer therapeutic, medical or other professional advice. The information and resources provided are made available to you as tools to support your own wellbeing. We do not and can not guarantee any particular outcomes/results from using this online service. The programme facilitators/session leaders are not psychologists/psychotherapists or psychiatrists and the content does not replace any medical, therapeutic or psychiatric services that might be required.
Members Obligations
All members will be required to conduct themselves in a respectful and inclusive manner when communicating with other members and programme facilitators. Members are required to maintain confidentiality before, during and after, including not sharing details about other members to third parties. If any member is deemed to be disruptive,inappropriate or abusive in anyway during the live sessions or in the private online community, their membership will be terminated immediately and no refund provided.
Intellectual Property
All material is for your personal use only and is not to be shared with others or used/reproduced or adapted in any way in whole or in part for your own workshop/event/coaching/therapy. You commit to keeping your membership details including any passwords and Zoom links, confidential and for your use only.
Online Video Access
All live online sessions will be recorded and made available to members for viewing purposes for a short while after the programme has ended, after which they will be deleted. They are not available for download.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By registering and paying for membership to the online ‘Deepening into life’ programme, you are confirming you have read and agree to the terms and conditions as set out above.
